Introducing The Echo Chamber...

The Richardson Echo now goes a bloggin'. We are now introducing the official blog of the Richardson Echo: The Echo Chamber.

I have, for some time, wanted to have an outlet for various opinions related to Richardson. I have come to the conclusion that the blog format best serves that purpose.

There are many "small" items that appear that do not rise to the level of news stories. This gives me an outlet to discuss them and it gives the public an outlet to comment.

For some time I have also been doing a great amount of reading in urban development and growth. This will give me an outlet to discuss how of that is related to Richardson.

Are you planning to have an RSS feed for the blog. I would prefer that to a bookmark I would have to remember to check. Thanks.

If you look on the front page of the Richardson Echo you will see two RSS feeds. One is for news and stories and the other is for the blog.

Thanks. Now have the feed going. I expected to find the link on the main blog page and/or in the address bar of Firefox. That is why I missed it.

The format of the system doesn't cause it to automatically show up in Firefox. I should probably add the link in other easy to find locations.
