Assistant City Manager David Morgan sent out an e-mail today saying some BABIC (otherwise known as Brush and Bulky Item Collection) might be delayed. His e-mail is below

Morgan said, "As you've driven through the neighborhood I bet you've recognized a large number of BABIC pick-ups for today. In fact, we have 670 scheduled collections for today, which I believe sets a new one day record. The City increased staff to adjust to the increased volume, but it doesn't look like we'll be able to complete all the pick-ups today. Crews will be out to finish collections tomorrow."
