I have to admit that tonight was the first opportunity I took to read your entire article regarding the Charter Amendments. I have to say I was very impressed with the article, especially the un-biased way you wrote it. Kudos to you!

Great article about the charter election. But your line about the turnout being low may not be totally accurate. The actual number of voters was pretty high compared to other elections. Since this was really a one issue election, I think the numbers were outstanding. Take a look at some of the previous election counts and you will see what I mean.
