The sign states in part, "Notice is hereby given to all record owners, mortgagees, and lien holders that the City of Richardson's chief building official, or designee, has determined that the property located at 732 W Spring Valley Road, Richardson, Texas, 75080 to include all buildings and structures, is an urban nuisance."
